About
Stonebridge Financial Consulting began as a small advisory desk in Lang-le-Donnelly, answering the questions neighbours asked after workplace pension statements arrived in brown envelopes. We still treat each client file as a household story first, and a product recommendation second.
Founder Eleanor Marsh spent a decade in retail banking mortgage centres before leaving to advise families who felt rushed through product sales. The firm’s name nods to the coastal bridges near Lang-le-Donnelly — crossings that only work when both banks are sound. That metaphor still shapes how we talk about risk: sturdy foundations before any leap.

Mortgage & protection adviser
Handles residential lending and family cover. Known for declining cases where affordability looks optimistic on paper but fragile in practice.
Client coordinator
Keeps transfer packs, ID checks, and meeting notes in order so advisers spend meeting time on judgement rather than chasing missing pages.
We open with spending and obligations before discussing products. Recommendations must survive a cautious market year and a longer life than the glossy illustrations assume. When an area falls outside our permissions — for example complex overseas tax — we refer rather than improvise.
Our office sits at 8893 Keeling Throughway, Lang-le-Donnelly, Wales, United Kingdom. Clients visit from across Wales; others meet by scheduled video call from England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Coastal language in our design is atmosphere — the advice itself remains grounded in UK regulation, tax wrappers, and household cash flow.
