Meeting formats that match the advice

Financial advice is delivered through conversations and paperwork, not a browsing catalogue. Choose the meeting style that fits your stage — first enquiry, deep fact-find, or recommendation review.

Discovery call

Forty-five minutes to establish whether we can help. No product recommendations. Useful if you are comparing firms or unsure which engagement fits.

Remote or in office · Complimentary

Fact-find meeting

Ninety minutes to capture income, outgoings, existing products, and objectives. Bring statements; partners are welcome. This opens a paid engagement once terms are signed.

Lang-le-Donnelly or video · Counts toward project hours

Recommendation review

Walkthrough of the written report, questions on charges and risks, and agreement on next implementation steps with providers.

Usually 60–90 minutes · Included in project fee

What to prepare

  • Recent pension or investment statements (even if incomplete)
  • Mortgage offer or redemption statement if borrowing is part of the question
  • A rough monthly budget — precision can wait; direction cannot
  • Notes on dependents, health considerations relevant to cover, and any existing advice

Office meetings take place at 8893 Keeling Throughway, Lang-le-Donnelly, Wales, United Kingdom. Parking is limited on Keeling Throughway; allow a few minutes to walk from the side street.
